Great value for money. Conveniently located near night markets and restaurants. Room had all necessary amenities and was cleaned daily. The staff is welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is without a lift. Anyone with mobility problems such as injuries or disabilities will find it especially challenging to climb four flights of stairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Baan Paan Hua Hin in Hua Hin for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice.

The only minor downside was that the hotel is located behind San Puolo hospital, which made walking a little difficult.

Had a fantastic stay during New Year. The rooms were well-equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even letting us take a shower after we checked out. The location was perfect – we were able to walk to a food court and a night market for tasty meals. Plus, there was a hospital nearby in case of any emergencies.

The staff's English skills were limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, there wasn't a 24-hour reception, and when we arrived late at night, we had to wait a bit for someone to arrive and check us in.

Baan Paan in Hua Hin was a great find! The friendly Thai couple who run the place made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The spacious, modern room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The view from the roof terrace was amazing! The location was also convenient, with a night market and good food just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
